Got a parking lot view when the hotel was empty. Front desk staff could not find the booking. When J said I booked with Hotel tonight they said “oh, you’re one of those” in a condescending way.

The Hotel Room was facing the parking lot. Room Service was $280 for 1 bottle of water, 1 plate of pasta and two glasses of local red wine. I would ask for my money back. The only reason I booked this hotel was for the view.
