The elevators are horrible! 15 - 20 minutes wait. we almost had to walk down 32 floors because it took so long. front desk personnel were very nice. The room was clean. I wish I had known it was only a full size bed instead of the normal queen size bed but everything else was pretty good.

Everything was lovely but one of the two elevators is currently being worked on so wait times can be long. Food was good and great coffee available 24/7. The staff were the best! Highly recommended!

Room was tiny. Bright blue LED lights everywhere including room and lamps, was like having a bed in the middle of a CVS. Zero ambiance.
