Room was definitely not luxe. lol. I only stayed one night for a work trip but it was fine. Front desk folks are very kind and the common spaces are beautiful but the room itself was average/mid.

Great place to stay if you need to be near the convention center. Fantastic service, comfy bed, unique decor, and they have a great jazz band on thursday nights.

They charged us an extra $50 fee at check in and the hallway on the 3th floor to or room was filthy. Like they haven’t vacuumed in ages.
