Outside amenities are nice . Dinner at firefly was good . The room was so bright at night even with shutters closed I couldn’t sleep a wink, and the AC never quite cooled off the room. The sprinklers outside went off at 3am and were hitting the windows . Location is good for what I needed it for and staff was mostly friendly .

Staff are super nice, check in was quick and easy and it is very walkable to SeaWorld.

Check in took a long time due to the front desk staff being disorganized. Both beds had black stains. No one answered the phone when I tried calling for assistance.
