Whenever my wife and I travel from Southern California to visit family in Oregon, we stop in Sacramento and stay at The Citizen, exclusively. World class, staff, beautifully appointed rooms, Rich, history and excellent food in the adjacent restaurant make for a wonderful stay each and every time.
