The courtyard was under construction, so they gave me a free room upgrade and a drink-and-$20 breakfast voucher for the nearby (and iconic) Citizens of Soho. No complaints at all!

Only thing there’s not much ppl at the front desk to get proper customer service in the evening or morning and also requested a birthday for the room and didn’t get it so those things like service they should look at
