We think the hotel itself is fine. Staff we interacted with all quite charming and helpful from the folks parking our car, front desk staff to the room service attendant all were wonderful. We were assigned a king suite which looked ok but the endless loud noise from the service elevator at night and early in the morning made sleeping challenging.
