We travel all the time and were delighted by this hotel. The staff was all so helpful (Totiana, Mauricio), the rooftop is stunning and fun, and they made it so baby-friendly for us. Rooms are spacious and lobby is a vibe. But overall, they handled all of our requests with aplomb.
