My room was not available when I first arrived on Friday at 12:00 noon, however the hotel concierge was able to work some magic and get me a nice room shortly after. I am grateful to them and my stay was excellent. Room service did a great job, Valet parking service was great - fast and took great car of my BMW vehicle. Thanks.

Had a great 1st visit in June. 2nd visit for my August bday, encountered roaches in 3 separate instances over a 2-day stay. I found a contact lens on the bathroom floor. All of this and I still had to ask for a bill adjustment.
