On this day I encountered a disorderly guest on our floor and a quite uncomfortable experience when the Anza hires reception agents that are shocked to see a person of color when they are checking in. Overall my previous stays have been welcoming and issue free. Please work on that.

Dump. Rooms were abused. Hallways dented, elevator and rugs gross. Fixtures damaged. Would not recommend.
