Room and accommodations had been good but a big delay in check-in due to the reservations not interfacing from hotel tonight. So as other guests checked-in me and another hotel tonight reservation has to wait over an hour past the check-in time

It is not described correctly. This is NOT a 'luxe' accommodation, by far. It is 'solid', AT BEST. I will be cross referencing your descriptions moving forward
