Easy process overall. I didn’t like that when I asked to extend an extra night (before check out) they did not offer similar rates but rather over 4x the first night and required me to pay another resort fee. I decided to stay elsewhere for the extra night I had to add on due to worklast year

2 out of the 4 elevators card readers were not working. Then the in room safe wouldn't unlock and had to wait for security to unlock just before check out and he said it wasn't a guarantee it was going to work. 2 years ago
