Other than having to listen to Fox News during breakfast everything was up to standard. The staff is friendly. The neighborhood is safe but not attractive. There is not much in walking distance. A bar or restaurant nearby would improve things a lot.

The staff was amazing! The room smelled like smoke but I was comfortable. The hot water should be on in every room.
