The staff was welcoming, and they were able to accommodate me when I requested a room with a king bed instead of two doubles. The rooftop pool is lovely, but there is no shade. I was also able to easily walk to the beach for sunrise, and I felt safe as a solo, LGBTQ traveler in the area.

Windows are not soundproof (expected when you're so close to shops with loud music).
Shower becomes a lake after one minute.
Used towels are gathered in a mountain right in front of the elevator on the first floor, every day.
