Everything was okay however, it would have been nice to know that there were renovations going on and construction the entire time during the stay. I would think that would be ‘material’ information that a guest would want to know before paying for a Non-refundable room. That was disappointing as everyone knew ahead of time except your guests.

construction late Saturday and was told no construction on Sunday I was woke up at 8:00 a.m. with construction on Sunday requesting a refund
