Really can’t beat it for the price. No bar, but mini-fridges in room and you’re steps from Mill Ave bars and restaurants.

Check in and check out was easy. Room is solid. Location is in the heart of Tempe so everything is within walking distance. Only negative is paying extra for parking

They walked in on me naked at 6 am and the employee couldn’t speak English and said the rooms dirty I need to check it and I’m butt naked while he already walked in
