The restaurant I. The lobby music plays too loud and they should keep their doors by the lobby closed. Better ventilation system is needed for the lobby area

This hotel has a very similar name to the Royal Sonesta harbor east and it is extremely misleading, we literally do not use this reservation at all and completely lost the money
