Great stay. Was able to get a quick upgrade to a higher floor. Shower was clogged and was a bit lazy to flag that to staff. But overall no complaints. Great room, fantastic lobby (so good in fact that hung out there after getting ice cream with a date!)

The employees were not knowledgeable about the $22 Hotel Credit for food etc. I was told that I could use the credit for items in the fridge. When I checked out the Hotel the woman at the front desk told me something differently. I was charged $24 Dollars for 2 can sodas and one water.

Great location. Room was great. Overall excellent stay. Unfortunately, there is a urban experience fee of $97 that was tacked on to my 3 night stay.
