The only downside is that it looks like there is a rooftop from the photos, but there is no rooftop. The photos are from the terrace for the suite. Outside of that, I absolutely love this hotel and will be staying again on future trips. It’s become one of my favorites for NYC.

They aren’t any good at putting the customers needs first. Check-in was impossibly slow. Key didn’t work, twice.
