The location cannot be beat for flights in/out of Terminal 5 at Heathrow. I loved the room’s comfy beds & modern bathroom. The restaurant served a yummy international cuisine.

Bed was extremely old and bent. There was a mechanical noise coming from AC as if the motor was broken. I had an early flight in the morning and slept so bad but not worth changing the room. This has been a great hotel so it’s sad to see it deteriorate.
