Shay is amazing! The staff is amazing. We locked our keys in the car, they assisted us. The a/c in our room didn’t work they moved us. They gave us champagne at check in. Beautiful and relaxing spot. Walls are thin, a couple across the hall was having too much adult fun that I had my kids put head phones on but overall it was a great stay.
