It’s a good price. The room is a good size, with a big mini-fridge and comfy bed. And the table was very useful. And the room was clean. Downside? The hallways smell … off. Not so great. You can’t control the heat in your room. The front desk person is not around very often, so you have to leave a message/text.

This place is fantastic. The staff is very organized and friendly, needless to say customer service was a 10/10. Also the ambiance, decor, etc was top notch. I will be planning on making this my spot for my next trip to big bear!
