need to inform the guest about the $10 extra for parking. I wasn't informed about needing a ticket to leave the parking garage. had to pay to get out

Room was in desperate need of a revamp. Bedhead all tattered. One of the bedside lamps missing its trim, etc. Great location.

The location was the highlight. But, the room was a real downturn - scuffed furniture, headboards with cracked and peeling leather, stained carpets, and the bathroom was unnecessarily cramped.
