Getting to a nice clean room after a messy airport was such a relief. Great lady at the desk. And both shuttle drivers, my evening pickup at airport and my early morning driver were enhancements to the experience. If I could make one suggestion it would be to provide luggage carts.

Bad layout from the street and also parking logistics to the lobby. I was carrying a lot of stuff and it was difficult. No elevator to the parking deck
