Upon initial checking in, the air condition vent was leaking water and there a puddle in the room. They immediately changed our room and gave us an upgrade to a suite!

Guest services were extremely nice to me. From the desk person to the valet. Loved everyone there. Plus the room was super clean and comfortable. With a terrific view of the circle. 10 out of 10 must do again.
