Great part of the city. Walking distance to great restaurants and bars. Room windows looked like they had seaweed on them - very dirty.

This hotel needs a refresh. All the glass is digesting. There is rust on a lot of the fixtures. Walkways/staircases are dirty. The room was also so hot I could not sleep at night even though the AC was set to it’s max.
