Great customer service during check in. Comfortable bed, clean room, beautiful view of downtown and alot of amenities. Walkable to downtown Charlotte.

In the hotel parking lot that costs $25 per night, 8 cars were broken into the night I stayed there, including mine, and other guests reported having their weapons stolen from their vehicles.
