This hotel is really nice and big with recent updates and 2 nice pools- one inside, one outside. The hotel staff is very professional and kind. It’s conveniently located across the street from brookfield square mall and several dining options. We loved our stay and will be back!

I forgot my water bottle in the fridge before I checked out-staff went above and beyond to retrieve it while I was in my conference. It was waiting for me at the front desk when I was done!

There was a bug in my towel when I unfolded it, and there was an orange stain on the bathroom floor. The mini fridge also kept me up most of the night because it was so loud.
