The elevator was out of service and we were on the 3rd floor. We barely made it up to our room with our luggage. The front desk gal said it’s been broken for over a month. That is a critical detail to know prior to arrival/booking.

Great staff & location! Front desk girls - Brandie, Dianne and Angel really great at their job!!! Lived their hospitality! Hotel location stone throw from the beach! Loved and extended my stay! Would come back and recommend to others!

Very rude and not accommodating, wanted over $100 for upgrade to king bed which was obviously available. Would not recommend this place.
