Amazing service, wonderful staff, comfortable bed, Aesop products everywhere, top-tier technology for entertainment, user friendly lighting and curtain controls, wonderful aesthetic overall. Highly recommend. Especially great for nice weather given that the elevators lead to outdoor hallways to the rooms.
