The only problem was the room that I booked thru this app literally looked out on parking lot. Therefore I had to upgrade which costs a lot of money. The view from some hotel standard rooms are fine but this is not. It would be good to know in advance.

I felt like the Hotel.com deal got me the lowest level room, but it was of a beautiful hotel. I was disappointed that the room didn’t have coffee and the guest coffee service ended at 8am.
