Great hotel, we’ve stayed before. However, this time the service was lacking. The representative at check was uninterested at best and never even made eye contact. I welcome, no thank you and never even told us what our room number was. They gave us a handicap room which is great for someone that needs it. Quite inconvenient for some my size.
