Great location. Lobby is a modern classic with beautiful carved wood and burnished steel. Sad there is no more restaurant or bar. The rooms are still well-designed and unique and have actual closets which is rare in NYC boutique hotels. Staff is very helpful and professional with any requests.

Couldn’t stay in the room for more than 5min. Room was filthy and smelled or urine. Hotel staff offered nothing to me other than a “sorry” when i left. Trying to get my money back. This hotel is not as advertised do not book here! Worth the money to go across the street to the Sofitel!
