Pool great but no towels. Bar at pool had bad service. Seatings and fire pit were nice

We ended up with a very dirty room, there was someone’s underwear, the soap dispenser had no soap, we didn’t get a late check out, and above all the staff at the front desk was not welcoming or understanding to the issues. I would like to have the front desk manager call me from the hotel.
