• Construction Alert: As part of our efforts to enhance and maintain the property, we are fully replacing the roof of Riviera Beach Resort’s Phase II building. Guests may experience construction noise Monday through Friday from 9 a.m.–6 p.m. for the duration of the project. Construction is estimated to be completed by mid-August. Things to Keep in Mind

• Rate displayed is per night, per room. Each room is guaranteed to fit 2 people. Extra guests are at the hotel’s discretion and may be subject to additional fees.
• The elevator in Riviera Beach Resort’s Phase II building is currently out of service for repairs and is anticipated to be restored by March 31, 2024. During this time, Guests can access the upper floors of the building by using the stairs as well as the elevator located at Riviera Shores Resort, which will require a longer walking distance. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your understanding.
