The front desk was phenomenal. The room was amazing — 6 windows and views in every direction. Pedro was kind and patient and went out of his way to accommodate our every need and answer all of our questions. Location was convenient and close to the Illinois parking garage at 111 wacker. Would definitely recommend and absolutely stay here again.
