Great location and service! Such a cute hotel. Walking distance to little Italy, gaslamp and seaport village. Great terrace bar and breakfast. The entire staff is amazing!

The fat lady's in the front desk was so rood this was a joke.. so condescending and rood. She added extra charches that a manager had to go back and fix.. they did fix it but the woman in front shold not be there
