Everything was great except for the mattress. They need to be replaced, mind had a big lump on the side closest to the nightstand. Other than that the buffet was great, pool was great and customer service was great!

Place needs a deep clean - the room & hall carpets and the lobby. The lobby carpets had stains everywhere. This used to be a great property. They’ve let it go but it’s still a great location for near downtown.

there was no hot water. the faucet didn't even produce water when the hot water was turned on. they couldn't fix it. noisy. I could hear the simplest of conversations next door. the bed was old and saggy. you roll to the middle when you sleep.
