Staff is always friendly at check in! This stay my room smelled like smoke, there was no soap, no remote control and no waste bin. I went to the office and she brought me a remote promptly. I didn’t mention it because I didn’t think there was anything that could be done about the room. It needs to be deep cleaned to get the smell out

The lady who checked me in was very pleasant even working in those warm conditions. When I dropped my key off this morning the cleaning staff was so wonderful. I really felt good leaving.
