the front desk agent when I checked in was absolutely superb (I only can identify her as "Infinity"). She took a genuine interest in my stay, helped with a slight room issue, and even remembered to reconnect with me the next day about the concert i was attending. Definitely made an impact.

One of the worst hotels I have stayed at! Location and room were awful! We ended up just eating the cost and found another hotel that felt safer, cleaner and quieter. Do not stay here !
