Much improved from Ramada days—still room for further improvement like room cleanliness, restocking coffee, furniture upgrades. I’ll be back because I see the improvement happening and I like the brand.

People are friendly. Could use some updating but it was the right price and fine. The restaurant had great specials and was close to Prudential Center where my daughter and I attended a concert. :)

Check in attendant Sedeke doesn’t belong at the front desk or requires customer service training as the rest of that evening front desk shift. Otherwise the hotel is nice.
