although this day was nice, a pipe at burst there was no water pressure and no hot water. maybe not the management spot but they should have alerted us when we checked in. ended up taking cold showers

The gentleman that picked me up Thursday evening at terminal C (Door 105) had a poor attitude and was requesting passengers to pay him cash for rides. Guests obviously refused and made him more upset. Extremely upset either way this experience. I hope to hear from your team for action plan in preventing this from ruining other guests stays there.
