I didn’t get my deposit back yet and I been returned the check I don’t know what’s going on but they said it was a deposit fee that was suppose to be returned

Hotel was full upon my arrival. According to the hotel, this website accepts reservations, even when there’s no availability. It was very challenging to find a new hotel late at night after a long day of travel.
