Room was clean and very comfortable. Perfect location and a special mention to Darleen who manages lost and found - she provided outstanding professional service and customer care. She was able to return a special dress shirt of mine I left in the room.

We were on the first floor and could hear every passerby. The room smelled damp, was dated and didn't have a window. Also found hair in my bed and small insects in the shower.
