The rooms are clean and comfortable enough. The staff are all professional and polite. the price very affordable and the location is surrounded by great places to eat with quick subway rides to Manhattan.

I stay here whenever I visit NYC. It has everything you need. The rooms are small, but they're affordable, clean rooms with comfy beds, and friendly, helpful staff. Great location as you're in the heart of Williamsburg and can be in Manhattan in 15 minutes via subway.

Staff can not dictate who is a guest and who is not. Had an altercation with security while I was eating. I showed the front desk gentleman my key card, he refused to stand down and wanted an altercation. I wanted to finish my breakfast.
