Tiny room for the price, also a toilet in the shower is kinda wild. TV doesn’t have much going on except basic channels, but was really just using it as a crash pad so for what I needed it was perfect.

I want to speak to customer service about a refund. This was an awful experience and I need my money back. I couldn’t even get into the hotel last night so I slept outside. This was a waste and I want to speak to someone immediately
