The front desk representatives are professional and courteous! I loved my stay here! It’s in the center of Everything!!! However, the door man or bellman could have help me get my bag out of the car and open the door for me! I do tip accordingly

Asked for a higher room with a view and the front desk did not disappoint. The view was great and the front desk was super nice and accommodating. There were no ice machines but a call down to the front desk and they brought up a bag.

There was no little body lotion in the bathroom (I never stayed at a hotel with no lotion). Also it says there is a bar on site but there wasn’t or at least it wasn’t open, and it was a Saturday @ 10p.
