The pool/waterpark is the reason I booked this hotel and it was AWESOME! But… it was only open the first day. That was extremely disappointing for my boys

The bed was very comfortable, but the couch was warped and very uncomfortable.

Very outdated. No soap, shampoo or necessities provided in hotel. Did not have checkin ready at 9 pm was not in their system. Waited 20 minutes for a manager to get there. Wrong name on reservation. Would prefer to cancel next two nights and stay elsewhere.
