Nicollo, Andrea and Anoop were a great team. They had us covered. Contrary to some fake reviews. The stay was perfect, rooms were great. Everything was close by. For a family traveling with a 1.5 yr old, we were worried about being fleeced in Florence. This hotel and team were contrary and great hosts

Great location and very nice and friendly staff, however no one was around when you needed anything and air conditioning was a bit outdated.
