Zegna the reception/concierge lady made my stay feel 5 stars. Its dedicated people like her that make all the difference when staying at a hotel. Location is great and I enjoyed the size of this boutique hotel. Watch out for two Andy Warhol pieces and chandeliers from the Plaza hotel.
