The room was very small, but clean. The staff at the desk were friendly and helpful. Great location within walking distance to Marylebone, Paddington, and Lancaster Gate stations.

There was no AC in the room and they were out of fans and didn’t have anything else to offer me in my hot room. Then the fire alarm went off at 2 am and there was no explanation as to why that happened.
